All Items are charged for time out, whether or not used. We do not credit or refund for unused items. Prices are quoted on a daily charge. Extended Rentals are subject to an additional charge.
Reservations & Deposits
We recommend reservations on party supplies as far in advance as possible. Without reservations, we cannot guarantee availability. Please make any necessary changes 1 week prior to delivery or customer pick up. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on all orders over $100. Deposits can be made in the form of cash or credit card. Any tent orders cancelled within 3 days of delivery date will be subject to an additional 25% cancellation fee on top of the 25% deposit already paid.
Delivery and Pick-up Services
A $50 fee applies to all deliveries and pick-ups within our boundaries. Any deliveries made outside of these boundaries are subject to additional fees. Please note that all items rented should be returned in their proper containers & neatly stacked for pick-up.
All items will be cleaned and ready for your use. Please remove all liquids, food and refuse from all products before returning them to their proper containers. Failing to do so will result in additional charges.
Loss, Damage and Waiver Fee
A damage waiver fee of 5% will be automatically applied to all orders. This fee covers and incidental damage or breakage to a maximum of $300. The damage waiver does not cover theft, abuse, negligence or missing items. Full replacement costs will apply to any products that are mistreated or not returned. Meadowvale Party Rentals, the lessee, reserves the right to request the return of broken/damaged items or parts thereof.
